We hope you love what you ordered—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Shipping & Fulfillment Timeline
Orders are packed with care and typically ship within 2–4 business days. Please note we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Carriers
We primarily ship via USPS and UPS. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order heads out.

Cancellations
Changed your mind? Email us at hello@beaudindesigns.com within 24 hours of placing your order, and we’ll do our best to accommodate. If your order has already shipped, we can walk you through next steps.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the personal nature of our products, all items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. If something arrives damaged or defective, please reach out within 7 days of delivery and include a photo so we can make it right.

Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, email us at hello@yoursayla.com within 7 days. Please include your order number and a clear photo of the item and packaging.

Return Shipping
Because our items are final sale, we do not offer return shipping. However, if you receive a damaged item, we will gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

International Orders
We currently do not offer returns or exchanges on international orders. Please double-check your address and order details before submitting.
